Shrubs are drinking vinegars! They're one of the oldest ways of preserving fruit, & we make ours in house with local, seasonal fruit, using a cold-infusion process. We like to put them in seltzer, champagne, & cocktails/mocktails, or use them in a variety of culinary ways (they're great when you're whipping up a vinaigrette, & awesome as a deglazing liquid for making a pan sauce!). Our shrubs come in a 10.5oz glass bottle.
